Better Features for Better Testing
The factory calibration is verified every time the thermometer is turned ON. The thermometer features a motion sensor which eliminates the need of closing and reopening the probe when the meter goes into standby.
Penetration Probe
The sharp, stainless steel, fold-out probe is ideal when testing fresh, cooked and semifrozen food. The sensing tip allows you to accurately measure the temperature of thin food or the thickest part of the sample.
Simple Setup
Access settings from the battery compartment to measure in either Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). The selectable auto-off feature prolongs battery life for peace-of-mind and energy savings if the meter is accidentally left on.
